DICE REFLECTION

Use dice to change up how students reflect on their learning. You can break students up into groups and have each group roll a die for the members of their group, or use giant dice or digital dice to roll for the whole class. Assign each number a different prompt, such as: 

• 1 = One thing I learned today was… 

• 2 = The main idea from this lesson was… 

• 3 = Something I already knew was…

• 4 = A song that reminds me of today’s lesson is…

• 5 = A word that represents today’s lesson is…

• 6 = An image that represents today’s lesson is…

Feel free to give some sample answers if students are needing more support. Adjust the prompts to meet the needs of your class.
