REFERENCE SHEETS

There are 2 types of reference sheets that can support students as they connect prior knowledge and new learning. If you create reference sheets, remember to use consistent icons, colors, and layouts where possible to support understanding. 

Previous Benchmarks 

• Create reference sheets for content below grade level based on the benchmarks found in your content area standards ​

Mini Posters

• Create an 8.5”x11” version of anchor charts or posters that would be on your wall so that students can each have their own copy
