POMODORO TIMER

Instructions

  1. Select a task 

  2. Set a timer for 25 minutes 

  3. Work on the task until the timer rings 

  4. When the timer rings, put a check mark on the paper 

  5. Take a 5 minute break (with a timer) to breathe, meditate, move, or have a snack 

  6. Repeat 

 

Modifications: 

*You can take a longer break after a certain number of pomodoros 

*You can adjust the length of a pomodoro based on the task you are trying to complete

*You can combine this strategy with the use of a visual timer
